Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church (El Salvador)
In 2007 Calvary entered into an official sisterhood relationship as a global mission partner with the Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church in Brisas del Valle, El Salvador. We continue to give financial and prayer support for the many needs that arise. In 2018 members of our church visited, taking with them worship paraments and handmade dolls as gifts from our congregation.
The CLC Quilters recently sent 104 handmade quilts to Lutheran World Relief to be sent all around the world where there is a need.
The quilters meet twice a month in our Mission Hall, to work on these beautiful works of art. If you are interested in learning how to quilt give us a call!
