Pastor Laurengrew up in the Atlanta area before attending Appalachian State for undergrad, where she earned her bachelors degree in Psychology in 2004. Spending many summers atLutheridge, Lauren began to feel a call to ministry, and spent a year of discernment and service after graduation in Edinburgh, Scotland through theYoung Adults in Global Missionprogram. Not long after that year, she headed to Dubuque, IA where she earned her Masters of Divinity atWartburg Theological Seminaryand met her husband, Paul. Outside of formal ministry, Lauren spends her time with their two awesome children, reading, enjoying music and the outdoors, and staying involved in the community.
Pastor Paul grew up in California as a pastor’s kid before heading to San Diego State where he earned his bachelors degree in History. Always feeling called as a pastor, he then took off to Dubuque, IA where he would earn his Masters of Divinity at Wartburg Theological Seminary.
