On Sunday, December 13th we will be having our annual Silent Auction Youth Fundraiser. This year, the fundraiser will take place on Zoom at ll:30am after church.
An email will be sent out that contains the images of each item, their description, and value. This way, everyone knows ahead of time what items will be up for Auction.

When we gather on Zoom, I will share my screen with a timer for 3-5minutes, and during this time, those gathered can bid on the item in the chat. This helps everyone see what the next highest bid is, and there is no confusion on who said what and when. Once the time is up, I will type “Time’s Up” in the chat and the item will go to the highest bidder. Once the auction is over, Megan will then send out a sign-up sheet to your emails to schedule a time to pick up and pay for your items. Cash or checks will be accepted.
